Carrie Rackey is a Principal with Stantec who has spent over 20 years in brownfield revitalization. Working with communities continues to inspire her to support local efforts that enhance livability, equity, environmental and public health, and economic vitality. Carrie has written and managed successful state and federal brownfield grant applications supporting a broad range of projects including downtown revitalization in communities large and small, rural rails to trails, and projects at the intersection of historic preservation and environmental challenges.
