Dr. Alisha R. Winn is an applied cultural anthropologist. She is the owner of Consider the Culture, a community engagement and cultural education firm. She has consulted and directed numerous community and preservation projects: the Osborne School, Palm Beach County Virtual African American and Palm Beach County African Diaspora Historical and Cultural Society, Inc. Oral History Projects, the Historical Plaque Project, and the Storm of '28 Memorial Park Coalition, Inc. She is a consultant for the City of West Palm Beach's Community Redevelopment Agency in the Historic Northwest District and an adjunct professor at Palm Beach Atlantic University in Intercultural Studies.
