Sara André is a historic preservation specialist/architectural historian with the Iowa State Historic Preservation Office. Ms. André has been working professionally in the preservation field since 1999. She has extensive experience with survey work, National Register nomination review, preservation planning, tax credit review, and regulatory review. Ms. André worked with the NJ Historic Preservation Office for 15 years, prior to joining the IA SHPO.
