Stephanie A. Thoburn is Assistant Director of Planning and Zoning for the Town of Jupiter for over 25 years. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Landscape Architecture and a Master of Arts in Urban and Regional Planning, specializing in Urban Design and community redevelopment from the University of Florida. Stephanie is a member of the American Institute of Certified Planners and the American Society of Landscape Architects. She oversees long-range planning, zoning, development review, natural resources, and historic preservation. She also serves as chair for the Vision Zero Advisory Committee for the Palm Beach County Transportation Planning Agency.
