Stephanie Rouse, AICP, is a transportation and preservation planner with the Lincoln-Lancaster County Planning Department. When not working on transportation projects, she manages the HPC and works on historic designations for local landmarks and the National Register. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Architecture and a Master of Community and Regional Planning, both from the University of Nebraska. She also serves on the board of the Preservation Association of Lincoln. During her previous tenure with the City of Minneapolis she was the project manager for the Minneapolis Music History Project.
