Stephanie Rouse, AICP is a planner with the Lincoln-Lancaster County Planning Department in Lincoln, Nebraska focusing on sustainable activities including historic preservation, active transportation, and advancing Lincoln’s Climate Action Plan goals. She has worked extensively on local and National Register designations, historic reconnaissance surveys, and historic design guidelines. In her current role she staffs the Historic Preservation Commission, working with applicants on certificates and nominations, preparing staff reports, and making recommendations at monthly meetings.
