Vickie Toranzo is the Chief of Land Development at the City of Miami, where she has nearly ten years of experience working in the Planning Department in various roles including as a historic preservation planner, senior planner, and coordinator of the Transfer of Development Rights and Transfer of Development Density programs. Vickie has extensive experience with TDR and TDD applications for the MiMo Historic District, where she was involved first-hand in the transformational programs that funneled investment into the innovative adaptive reuse of historic mid-century motels.
