Walter Wallace is Rockingham Historic Preservation Commission Coordinator. As a public historian with interest in impacts from economic and political disruption, he has been administering an Underrepresented Communities Grant. The undertaking is a partnership between the Abenaki Elnu Atowi Project and the Town of Rockingham with goals to affirm the sacredness of the NR Bellows Falls Petroglyph Site and address cultural representational inequalities.
